In my personal opinion, Fortaleza would be a perfect place to spend the holidays, specifically at the Beach Park, as it is full of activities for children and also because it is usually hot and sunny there. Although we've never been there before, I can surely affirm that we would have a great time at this marvelous place, but, unfortunately, we are going to stay at Niterói, freezing and sneezing:(

You are quite sure: Fortaleza is such a wonderful place. I've already been there, and I spent one unforgettable week when it was just my husband and me.
I don't think you need to feel sorry for staying in Niterói. It is such a nice city, and we've got a lot to do here.
I wish I was on a sun-drenched beach in the north-east, the Caribbean, Fiji, you name it, but I'm going to stay in Niterói too. I intend to catch up on my reading, which I've neglected for quite some time. I also want to boost my running performance. Exercising can do wonders for my energy levels!
